The ASUSTOR Accessories store allows you to find the accessories you need according to the model number of your device.

3. Before you purchase

All items purchased from the ASUSTOR Accessories Store include delivery costs. Orders take up to 10 days to be processed. Delivery addresses are not able to be altered once items have been sent. Delivery times differ based on destination. Click here for more information. Please ensure necessary arrangements have been made for receipt of goods. If goods are unable to be collected at time of delivery, you are responsible for making the necessary arrangements in regards to collection of goods. Orders for delivered goods may be subject to customs inspection and/or additional duties.

Orders that have been delivered cannot be cancelled. Costs incurred by order cancellations as well as returns are subject to all potential costs of returning the product to ASUSTOR. This includes, but is not limited to shipping fees, administration fees, customs fees, and stocking fees.

1.We CAN NOT deliver to the following countries because of Import duty or other shipping constraints:
(Digital products such as Surveillance Licenses, exFAT licenses are not subject to this limitation.)

India, Ukraine, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia,  Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico,Belarus, Madagascar, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of Tanzania, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela,French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Belize, Puerto Rico, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Guyana, Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Suriname, The Bahamas, Barbados, Aruba, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, United States Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Cayman Islands, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos Islands, Dominica, Jamaica, Grenada, San Andrés and Providencia, Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent, Grenadines, French Polynesia, Reunion and New Caledonia.

In spite the aforementioned countries limitation, if you still place the order, there will be an administrative charge of 4.4% out of the total order amount when you request for refund.

2. If you are from United Kingdom, Finland, Portugal, your order amount should be over USD100 or we will not be able to deliver.

3. Please ensure your order is correct before finalization. Orders that are cancelled before delivery will be charged a 4.4% return fee of the total order amount. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been delivered. If a return is initiated, it is subject to potential administration fees, customs fees, shipping fees and stocking fees. These fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

4. Membership Benefits
Price displayed in the ASUSTOR Accessories Store is including the shipping cost (Shipment from Taiwan). But local handling charge, tax, any import charges fee, levy and customs duty are the responsibility of the buyer. ASUSTOR Accessories Store members can take advantage of easy purchase accessories, directly delivered to their shipping address.
